Northbridge Financial Corporation wins Insurance Business Canada’s 2024 Top Insurance Employers Award
Toronto, December 3, 2024 — Northbridge Financial Corporation (NBFC) has won Insurance Business Canada’s (IBC) 2024 Top Insurance Employers Award. This accolade, which Northbridge has been awarded for the sixth consecutive year, highlights unwavering commitment to fostering a people-first culture and creating an environment where employees can thrive.
To select the top insurance employers, Insurance Business Canada invited companies to fill out an employer form assessing various employee offerings and practices. Employees then completed an anonymous survey, rating their workplace on key metrics including benefits, compensation, culture, job security, employee development, and commitment to diversity and inclusion. Companies that achieved a satisfaction score of 75 per cent or higher were recognized as Canada’s Top Insurance Employers for 2024.
